This came out awesome! The meat eater even loved them. Only change I made was add some smoked paprika (My new fav) to the salt and pepper for each layer.
This was pretty awesome. Even the meat eater asked that this be made again. Now, if the directions could be edited to reflect when the water gets added, as well as the garlic.... ^-^
I made this with 100% WW Spelt Flour. It was fabulous! Although not as light and fluffy on the inside like the MG one, it has a familiar taste and was so good!
This was finger licking good! Had to make a few changes, of course, mostly to to what was on hand: Red pepper for the Zucchini. Dried herbs for the fresh ones.
Made it with no changes, and it rocked.
