This was divine! I skipped the chipotle in adobo, because it would otherwise be too spicy for my little ones. I also added some shredded "cheese" on top.

This soup was so yummy! I had to put in two more cups of broth, because it seemed a little bit too thick and I served it with some home made croutons. Absolutely delicious!
