This was good...quick and simple.  I wanted my tofu to be a little crispy, so I fried it separate from the veggies.  I also added some sesame seeds at the end.

This was tasty and quick.  I thought I had cajun seasoning, but I was mistaken. I subbed seasoned salt, cumin, and chili powder.  Good stuff!

I followed this recipe exactly and it was great!  Very quick and very good...cooking the pasta took longer than making the sauce.  This is definitely going to become a regular in my weekday

I really like this.  It's a nice variation on traditional "mayo-based" potato salad.  I thought roasting the leeks gave an especially nice flavor.
