Absolutely perfect banana bread! I had 3 rotten bananas in my kitchen and decided not to waste them. I cut the recipe in half and only made one loaf, it rose beautifully and turned out delicious.
This was pretty nice I used walnuts instead of cashews added lemon juice and doubled the garlic. I also added kale, broccoli, red peppers and onions to the pasta and it was hearty and filling.
These were really great although mine were definitely more on the crispy side than on the chewy side. Next time I will take them out sooner kinda was hard to gage.
These turned out more like whole wheat with a hint of chocolate cookies for me. I still really liked them because I love whole wheat but it definitely was not like a chocolate cookie.
I followed this recipe almost exactly except for adding some nutmeg and a little cayenne to the alfredo. Topped the pizza off with Daiya cheese and it turned out Fantastic.
