I made this today for my friend's birthday. I doubled it, added strawberry preserves, used butter instead of margarine, almond extract instead of vanilla. PERFECT.

This was the inaugural recipe for my new mixer and food processor. God, was it a good one. I made 4 batches. The cook times are really accurate for the loaf and 6-muffin pan.
