Super yum. I added some cubed baked tofu to make it a one-dish deal, and everyone gobbled it up. It was pretty easy to make, and something I'm sure I'll make again!
Made this for dinner over brown rice. It was really yummy. I left out the half cup of oil, but otherwise followed the recipe. I definitely think I'll make it again.
This was super good. I added a dash of cinnamon to the apples, and a bit of vanilla to the sauce. I only used half the sauce, otherwise it would have overflowed my crust.
This was really tasty! I like my tofu a little chewier, so next time I'll make it in a shallow pan, but actually, the texture wasn't bad, and the sauce was great!!
Made as written, w/ a little applesauce as the egg replacer. We all really liked it. My husband said it needed a cream cheese drizzle, and asked for it again to test his thoery.
