This is a GREAT recipe to make for Christmas give aways. So easy and fast...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. Not as sweet as it sounds with all the flour and oatmeal, it evens out.
These are absolutely AMAZING.. my favorite cookie..So light and crisp. I make them all the time..The ones I made last night I did not have enough raisins so I added a few dried cranberries.
