I made this about a year ago and didn't leave a comment. I'm making this again tonight. It is indeed a good and memorable recipe! About as good as you can get from a good Chinese fast food place.

Very Tasty! Thank you! I find that the moisture from the tofu soaks into the nori very quickly and easily adheres the nori to the tofu - making it less like likely to slip off while handing.
