I wish there was some way of giving this cake a rating between a 4 and a 5.  It is quite good as a base for trying out some cool taste experiments.

Hey good idea with the vinegar, baking soda combo.  I used all whole wheat flour for mine, and it turned out very well.  It is a little bit hard on the outside, but that's fine by me.&n
