This. is. so. good. I ate half the tomatoes before they even made it into the pasta. I used spinach and drizzled the whole thing with balsamic vinager. Perfect for midwinter tomato cravings.
SOG, you are convincing me of the merits of cinnamon with this recipe. Freaking awesome! I added a tiny pinch of salt and that seemed to bring out the cinnamon taste even more.
I know I have posted on other brownie recipes saying they are the best...but what I really meant was, "best-recipe-I-have-until-I-find-a-better-one." Now I have officially stopped looking.
