yeah  - some of the flavors are, but not all... also many of the store brands are vegan in flavors that jell-o isnt.  same goes for store brand graham crusts - they're cheaper too!

this sounds really good but i just wanted confirm that it calls for 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke.  since that stuff is pretty potent in small doses i was wondering if it was meant to be teaspoon
