This was yummy, but I thought that the vinegar flavoring was overwhelming.  I might try 1 tbsp next time and just add extra lime juice or olive oil if I need more liquid.

I have tried some modifications...I think it works well with a little less applesauce (3/4 cup) and sometimes I add a handful of raisins and/or 1 tbsp ground flax seeds.

DELICIOUS!  I added some squash and oregano and I found that by the time I sauteed each of the veggies individually, it only needed to simmer for 5-10 minutes at the end.

I just made this with vanilla coconut milk and it was delicious!  The shake was a great consistency and super easy to make!
I've made it 5 or 6 times now...I think I'm addicted!  I tried adding some cinnamon today and that made a nice variation.
This is delicious!  I was looking for a way to use up some brown bananas and this was the perfect solution!  I used molasses because I'm running low on agave and I added about 1/2 c alm

I make a very similar recipe, but I like to add 2 teaspoons of toasted sesame oil an a tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds.  Also,  I just make the sauce on the stove, stirring for about 5 mi
