This is very nice on raw lettuce wraps!  I didn't have chia seeds/powder so I used hemp seed instead and it came out great!  Thanks for that one VBR! 
Being as I am already a raw foodist and no transitioning is necessary, I nixed the bread and used romaine to wrap the veggies up.  I shredded the kale and carrots and small diced everything else
