I'm surprised I'm the only person that gave this recipe 5 stars. It's awesome and amizangly easy. I made my own seitan and used the broth from that (homemade of course) for the recipe.

I live in utah so hopefully that's around, I've never had real duck (lifer here) but I used to love mock everything at this chinois place back home.
