Excellent alternative to scrambled eggs. This has a great flavor! I used garlic powder instead of onion powder and it turned out just fine. You can do a lot with this.

I made this for dinner tonight and not only was it simple and quick but it tasted sooooo good. I love the idea of putting cabbage in the mix.

Ally! ... I'm glad that someone else has tried this. I think its a great way to use cabbage. I also added some shredded carrot to the mix which was great. I would definately make these again.

Not bad ... I changed this a lot though. I used margarine instead of the oil but did add oil eventually.
