Hey all- This sounds excellent! What kind of powdered curry are people using? I have the Thai paste but the only curry powder I know of is Indian-a very different flavor. Thanks!
Hey Vegans...this prep time seems off...The entire prep time is about 1 1/2 hour--but that includes steaming squash, mixing cake, and baking...Enjoy ^-^
