The texture was perfect, but I wish I would have used soy milk instead of water.  Should have read the comments first!  (Oh, and I used 1/2 cup of sugar.  No substitutes.)

Frying these was a total fail for me, but baking them in the form of "meatballs" worked well.  I baked them at 350 for twenty minutes, rotating them half way.

This was great!  I only used 2 TBS of lemon juice, not two whole lemons, and I found that to be enough.  I didn't even add salt.

These are good!  I used almond flour instead of regular flour, so they were gluten free, and it worked perfectly.  Oh, and I used mashed sweet potato instead of white potato.

This exceeded my expectations - it was awesome!  I cut the reciep in half (it makes a lot!), and I included 2 TBS of vegan sour cream.

Fantastic!!  I used 2 carrots instead of zucchini, and I used 4-5 times more curry paste than recommended.  I almost used that whole little jar of it!  I used fresh baby spinach instead
