Good recipe.

If someone does not want the greenish color add about 1-2 tsp of turmeric and it will brighten it up to a yellow without affecting the taste.

Worked pretty well for me. I added an additional bouillon cube for more flavor. I also cut my carrots into larger pieces. I will add some tofu as well when I re-heat it. Thanks!
