Review:	You won't find cook book recipes like these in Betty Crocker, Fanny Farmer, Delia Smith, Gordon Ramsay, Homes and Garden, Good Housekeeping type cook books. Weight watcher and south beach diet fans will find solace in the pages of this cook book though as low carb is considered as well as all vitamins, minerals and essential fats needed for nutrition and health. Brief history of Veganism from Donald Watson in 1944 to caviar and non dairy ice cream in 2005. Chocoholics will love the blow the diet vegan chocolate cake.
