200g of philadelphia 0%
250g of cream cheese or cottage or quark
3 eggs
Vanilla syrop
1 Tsp of liquid sweetner
2g of agar agar powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Place them in a mold which can be used on the microwave ... or simply a tupperware
Leave at about 600ยบ for 7 minutes
Take it out and let it cool
Place in the fridge and enjoy next day!
