Fruit Shake

Ingredients: 

1 quartered apple
1 banana
2 cups liquid
1 cup frozen fruit (I recommend strawberries!)
3 1/2 Tablespoons sugar

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients in blender on high until smooth. Add additional liquid if needed. ENJOY!!
