Mango Relish

Ingredients: 

2 firm, ripe mangoes
1 medium-hot green chilli
Juice of half a lime

Directions: 

Peel, stone and dice the mango. Seed, devein and thinly slice the chilli. Combine the mango & chilli, then toss with the lime juice & serve.
