
2 handfuls of your favorite pasta
1/2 cup of shredded vegan cheese - anything in a rectangle works best for me
dash of salt and pepper
dash of soy milk
This is incredibly simple. My brother once had a Russian girlfriend, and she used to make macaroni and cheese like this- with regular milk and cheese.
All you do is cook the pasta, add a bit of soymilk, then add the shredded cheese. Stir until it's melted. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
I'm a college student, so it works well for me!
