Papaya Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 frozen papaya (approximately 1 1/2 pounds fresh)
1 cup nondairy milk (I use soy)
1/4 cup sugar

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients and add more water or milk to make thinner, if desired.
Tastes just like papaya sherbet would if there was such a thing. Make sure your papaya is ripe before you freeze it.
