1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon (about 2-3 cloves) minced garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon kosher sea salt
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl.
2. When you're ready to eat, put 1 1/2 teaspoons of the dry mixture on a pretty plate.
3. Pour 3-4 tablespoons olive oil on top the dry mixture, and enjoy with your favorite dipping bread.
Mmmmm! This dry mixture can be stored for quite a while; I'm not sure exactly how long, because it always gets eaten within 2 weeks.
