Almond Butter Balls

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup almond butter (or any butter)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon grind (optional)

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients together. Form into round balls. Roll into extra coconut if desired. Chill to make firm.
