Break-the-Fast Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 handful grapes
1 handful blueberries
1 handful strawberries
1 kiwi
1 apple
papaya aloe vera juice (can substitute water or almond milk)

Directions: 

1. Place grapes, strawberries, blueberries into a blender.
2. Peel and quarter kiwi. Quarter the apple. Add quartered kiwi and apple to blender.
3. Fill blender 3/4 of the way with aloe drink (or water/almond milk). Blend until super smooth and enjoy.
Source of recipe: This is what my breakfast has been for the past two days. It is liquid delicious.
