Healthy Salad Dressing

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon or orange juice (or 1 teaspoon concentrate)
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Directions: 

1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender with a few tablespoons water and blend.
2. Add water as needed for desired consistency, and keep blending until you get a smooth mixture.
Serve drizzled over your favorite fresh salad.
