Who would be interested in a north eastern potluck in Danbury CT?
Available dates are February or March weekends. Except for Feb 19-21.

I would love to make my lime & chili veggie & tofu enchiladas. Maybe had a big pitcher of sangria and margaritas? haha

No idea who all is coming other than my faithful ALB crew.
I have invited everyone I know who would be vaguely interested and stated they could make it in March but so far no responses. Plus the PPK is silent to me, as usual.
Every time I try to host a potluck it seems like no one ever wants to come but you BP. At least we have each other!

I just find it odd that people who specifically told me March have all backed out.
Oh well more for us I guess.
I'm making lime, chili and cilantro enchiladas with tofu and veggies. I will also have nachos, salsa, guacamole, sangria, and possibly cupcakes.
And every one backed out on me, but I have the guys thinking about showing up. So friendly but omni people.
what day are you guys doing this?
Tomorrow PPC. BP, the ALB crew and I are leaving at around 9:30- 10am to get there. I'm really not sure how much crock cheez is going to be left, what with me eating it now, and the car trip tomorrow... it came out sooo goood! Oh, and the rice pudding is nothing to scoff at either. I almost burned my tongue trying some because it smelled so delicious.
BP, you need to go either 87 or the Taconic to 84, then exit 5. Left then 3 miles, left at the light, then a right after the Y. Its #23.
I dont know if I can get cupcakes made, but I will try! I was gonna do margarita ones but I dont have tequila! The horror!!!!
ah ok - i thought maybe if it was sunday id try to jump on a bus up to meet you guys. next time, cus i miss potlucks!
