How about all three? ;) I bet apple-pecan or pumpkin-pecan would be delicious, esp. with some sort of crumb/crisp topping. Mmm.
And before I forget (because I did in my last post), I make my crust in a food processor instead of 'cutting' it. It works great... just make sure your food processor can handle the consistency if you want to try it out (sharp blades/good power ouput)! I've come close to burning one out. :P
