Has anyone out there tried Dary's Hi N-R-G Bars? I just tried one the other day and it was great! I have a list of the ingredients (from the wrapper). Is anyone good at interpreting a list of ingredients and coming up with the recipe? http://www.darylshi-n-r-g.com/

I think you could replace the honey with maple syrup or brown rice syrup.
