Healthy potluck ideas

My last childbirth education class is on Monday, and we are having a potluck. I'd like what I bring to be healthy for the pregnant moms because we discussed nutrition quite a bit--no sugar or white flour, fats come from things like nuts rather than margarine, etc. There is one other veg couple in the group but the rest of them are health-conscious omnivores. Including the instructor there will  be 11 people. Most potluck ideas, especially those this time of year, include all kinds of unhealthy dishes.  Ideas please?

do you want it to be hot? if not, i would go with something like a quinoa salad with beans, veggies, and maybe just some cilantro and sea salt.
