Palak Paneer (Tofu Style)

Since this is not my own original recipe, I am not going to post it to the recipe section... but I wanted to share with you guys something that I had tonight and it was really very delicious!!
Substitute previously frozen, firm tofu for the paneer
It also calls for butter but you can use vegan butter :)

I have never had the real "Paneer" so I suppose I don't know if it really tastes like the real thing... but I was craving spinach and Oooooooh. LOL This one will be made again in my house LOL
Panir is firm, rich, and very bland, with a very very mild tartness from the acid used to coagulate it. Tofu is a wonderful substitute, and captures what's best about it-- the sudden spark of chewy, silky goodness in the midst of perfumed "creamed"
spinach. It loses nothing through being vegan!
