I cook my daughter's oatmeal or cream of wheat with a heaping tablespoon of ground flax then add:

-a handful of frozen blueberries or raspberries or mixed berries
-sliced peaches
-raisins
-dried cranberries

today i actually mixed up my 10grain bobs redmill stuff with an assortment of diff stuff to see what i liked.  i mixed a little with pumpkin pie spice - it was ok but i would like to add some canned pumpkin next time to it too.  then i threw in some frozen raspberries to part of it - yum.  finally i added a bit of almond butter (on an almond butter kick right now)  really really good - i was thinking next time doing the almond butter and a little fruit preserves..

Sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, walnuts, etc., dried fruit. If I'm really crazy, some coconut milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg!

My goodness, Dinkfeet, Celtkat just turned me on to cinnamon in my oatmeal and I discovered coconut milk by myself (using up some leftover coconut milk from a recipe that didn't call for a whole can). They're yummy. Also flax meal, raisins, maple syrup, and sliced almonds. Geez, now my stomach is growling. Time for breakfast! ;)

Sugar and cinnamon mixed together. Especially on rice.
Brown sugar and walnut meats (or nuts of your choice), broken up
Fruit chunks or slices
The ubiquitous banana
Deep-fried walnut halves and honey,  if you do honey, which I do.. (OK, that is so not healthy, but... ::))

And the belly blow-out high-calorie power breakfast for busy days only:
Top oatmeal with all of the following:
Plain soy yogurt
Brown sugar
Peaches or other chunks of fruit
Walnuts
Banana slices.

My mom likes rice cereal (she eats the kind for babies!) and one time i accidentally put some lemonade mix into the rice. She liked it a lot.

Cream of rice....oooh it's getting chilly enough to want hot cereal...must get some! I used to use CoR to bread things for frying (it soaks up less oil than wheat flour and you get a crispy finish), I would buy baby rice cereal...until the day they started adding sweetner and cinnamon to the darn stuff and didn't tell me...not yummy! Cinnamon and sugar do NOT go well with fried vegetables!
