Sandwich ideas?

I'm looking for quick sandwich ideas.
I already have smashed chickpeas and avocado, chickpeas with nayonaisse, tofu salad, tempeh reuben. My bf LOVES chickpeas
Anything but hummus becuase I cant control myself making it.
I know I can make "burgers" and I plan on freezing falafel's.
It needs to be hearty not all veggies cause its for my bf who is starving when he gets home and frankly I am tired of cooking long lunch AND dinners for him.
I am pretty sure I can marinate some tofu as well.
Any and all ideas are welcome!

We like it better if I mash up the avocado, then spread it on. I like veganaise on mine. You can add tomato, "meats," tempeh...anything.

I actually just submitted a recipe for a tempeh and avocado sandwich. I would send it to you ahead of time...but I'm pretty sure I forgot to save it..I bet I can remember, if you want that one.

I can eat the same foods everyday. The bf likes a little variety.
during the week days, its easy for me to make the same thing over and over for lunch. im always hungry after classes so it has to be quick. or if i pack my lunch on certain days it has to be easy and made in advance. i repetitively eat hummus, tofurkey, or pb+ but i try to mix up the add-ins and grains. but right now, i need to take a hiatus from hummus.
