How long can I store sauce made with nutritional yeast? I made the Cheesy Bean Enchiladas and have a TON of sauce left over.

The longest I've ever kept mine is a week, but thats because it disappears so quickly! If you have it in an airight container, I bet it would last a week or two. If all else fails, make some nachos :)
I don't really care for the enchalladas too much but that sauce is AWESOME.
To store it split into small containers and freeze them. Just take out what you need as you need it.
But that sauce doesn't last too long for me, I use it on everything, potatos, scrambled tofu, steamed veggies, goes good on a lot of things...except ice cream, I wouldn't recommend that one.
Hmm, how do you end up w/ tons of it? I eat it so fast it's gone in a flash!! I just keep a little container in the fridge. I love to make soba/udon noodles, or even just plain white rice and drown it in the sauce, maybe add some broccoli. Aaaghh, OK, now I'm gonna have to make some for lunch.
Make mac n' cheez!!
Totally freezable. Also, it can be nice to mix up the dry stuff (a la Dragonfly's bulk mix) to have ready for making just as much sauce as you need. The dry stuff keeps for a long time in a closed container in the pantry.
