I am new to the forum and new to the Vegan world.  I never thought I could go vegan until I found this site!  The recipes are wonderful and I don't miss dairy at all.  I have never been a big meat eater so that wasn't hard.  My husband is not Vegan although he loves all my recipes!  I have 2 girls...
