New & looking for healthy recipes

Hi Everyone!

I am not a vegetarian, but I have always been able to easily go without meat.  I grew up with and am married to serious carnivors.  My husband eats a lot less meat because of me.  I recently got the book Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and I read most of it.  It's an amazing book and while I got it for the purpose of weight loss, I also know that by eating as he suggests will also give me excellent health.  He believes we should eat about 80-90% vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, and nuts.  I have been sticking with this plan for several weeks now and the weight is coming off and I feel great. 

I am looking forward to finding some exciting recipes to keep my meals interesting.  I love to cook and I am not afraid to tweek recipes to make them more healthy.  I'm so happy to have found this site!
