Hello Everyone :) My name is Ashlie and I just recently decided to go vegan. It's something I've been thinking about for awhile and after watching a few documentaries that I happened upon on Netflix, I decided it was time to take the leap of faith and just do it. I love raw veggies, but I feel like there are so many vegetables that I've never even tried, like kale. This website has been so helpful with recipes to try new things. Any helpful advice I could get? I'm the only one out of my friends/ family that is making this change and I don't want them to look at me differently.. Hopefully they won't. Anywho, thanks for reading my little shpeal.
It's easy - just don't start eating loads of tofu. Eat real vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit. dried fruit. chlorella.
Everyone will think your weird. Unless you got other vegan friends. Try not to tell people that yuou think what they eat is gross. Just politley refuse it. That's my tips!
