Hello! I just discovered this site today and I cannot explain how happy I am to have come across it! 

I am a freshman in college, and I have switched back and forth between being a vegetarian and a vegan for over six years. I would love some tips from anyone that has been a vegan through college. The dorm food can be very limited and repetative when it comes to vegan options, but I also don't have much money to spend outside my meal plan. 

If anyone has any tips on inexpensive snacks to have in the dorms, how to keep produce longer, or just tips about college in general, it would be much appreciated!!
