Skype and IM

  I'm looking for people to talk about living as a vegan, I'm trying to get there, and it's difficult I would think most vegans ate meat at one time, so how did they make the transition.  Jumping right in doesn's seem to work for me so I have to do it one meal at a time.  Breakfast so far is fairly easy.  Here is my yahoo and skype ID subhuman_27 the same for both of them, please mention you are from vegweb if you decide to contact me.  Thanks.

Most breakfast for me will be the old cereal and soymilk for me. Beans as a dense food will replace a lot of meat. I weas following Mayo Clinic diet which is all food groups. I lost 30 lbs but that was 2 years ago. Vegan meals will take more prep and imagination.
