It melts and stretches. I had it in a grilled cheese sandwich and it was the most amazing thing!! It melted, got gooey and stretchy and tasted just like cheese. I also like teese, follow your heart and cheezly. Pros and cons to all of them but I can't believe how far vegan cheese has come in a few short years. Any others I should know about??? I'm always on the look out for new vegan cheeses!
