Weekly Giveaway: Kris Carr's Crazy Sexy Diet! Kebarkema is the winner!

Okay, so you know how Kris Carr (http://crazysexylife.com/about/kris-carr-2/) is taking over the known universe? She's a super sassy, smart, fantastically outspoken, and not-to-mention adorable cancer survivor and she's pretty much everyone's hero. Need proof? Her new book, Crazy Sexy Diet (http://www.indiebound.org/book/9781599218014), was #1 on Amazon.com (a VEGAN book!) and sold out in a matter of days. How freaking cool is that!? Lucky you, we have a copy to give away. Not only that, Kris is the cover gal for VegNews' January+February issue (http://vegnews.myshopify.com/products/january-february-2011-77), in which she is interviewed by VN's Managing Editor (and other most awesome lady alive) Elizabeth Castoria. Two prizes for the price of none. Who loves you? For a chance to win the book and magazine, let me know what your favorite Thai dish is.

Giveaway ends on Tuesday, February 1st at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random! Must live in USA to win.

Good luck!

Panang curry over rice, hands down...my local Thai restaurant does it in a vegan, mouthwatering style, I even dream of it sometimes. : )

My favorite Thai restuarant serves a dish called "Hot Pepper" which is tofu sautéed with homemade chili paste, red & green bell peppers, onions, scallions, green beans, snow peas, carrots, broccoli & basil in a brown sauce.

Thai-Style Basil Tofu and Asparagus from Susan Voisin at Fatfree Vegan Kitchen. I use edamame when asparagus isn't in season, or whatever looks good from the farmer's market. It's so good and super easy!
