Weekly Giveaway: Laura's Fave: More Bee-Free Honee! Kimmy525 is the winner!
They say you get more bees with honey than with vinegar. Well, I say that you get more vegans with Bee-Free Honee than with honey! And I'm back with even more of the good stuff to give away. Lucky you! Bee-Free Honee (http://www.beefreehonee.com/) is an apple-based sweetener that's absolutely delicious. It's perfect for sweetening up any of your Cinco de Mayo dishes. I used it instead of brown sugar in these No Bake Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies and they were eaten in five minutes flat. I've also stirred it into tea, mixed it with granola, and just squeezed it into my mouth. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it. Viva la (Bee-Free Honee) Revolutión!
For your chance to win a bottle, let me know what your favorite tofu dish is!
Giveaway ends Tuesday, July 19 at midnight, winner will be selected randomly, must live in USA to win.

I'm pretty new to the whole tofu thing and to be honest, it kinda creeps me out! haha I have a hard time with the texture for some reason. However, my favorite recipes are Tofu fried chicken, and General Tao's Tofu. Probably because they're both fried ;D

I love using silken tofu to make a luscious no-bake strawberry cheesecake with a cinnamon streusel topping and vegan coconut whipped cream.
Szechuan Tofu is up there. Also love spaghetti with tofu
Definitely hard to pick. I'll go with Ann Gentry's Tofu Ricotta.
Coconut curry tofu stew with bok choy and mushrooms and onions and carrots. I use seasoned baked tofu so it stays firm - a killer stew!
