Lucky you! Bee-Free Honee (http://www.beefreehonee.com/) is an apple-based sweetener that's absolutely delicious. It's perfect for sweetening up any of your Cinco de Mayo dishes. I used it instead of brown sugar in these No Bake Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies and they were eaten in five minutes flat. fried! or raw, i am good with lots of different tofu dishes.
My favorite tofu dish is actually the fried tofu sprinkled with soy sauce, green onions, and red pepper paste that I get at my local Korean supermarket. I buy bok choy and stirfry it with ginger and garlic to add a nice green side with my tofu. YUMMO!
I don't really eat tofu anymore, but I sometimes crave a tofu ricotta.
Szechuan tofu or Orange tofu.

I have to say that the smothered tofu steak and onions on vegweb is delicious, but tofu scramble is still a classic.

Sesame tofu!!!! They're not all the same, but I have one special restaurants sesame tofu in mind!!!
TOFU SCRAMBLE! I just made one yesterday with spinach, mushrooms, and nutritional yeast. It was sooo good, I ate the whole thing in one day (including a whole package of tofu and a whole package of frozen spinach).
My favorite tofu dish is probably tofu ricotta in lasagna!
The one and only tofu dish I've made is a tofu/vegetable stir fry.
