What do vegan zombies eat? Graaaaaains! Hahaha. That gets me everytime. Now, let's get you some grains! This giveaway is probably the most true-to-theme that we've had in a long time. I know quinoa isn't exactly a grain, per se, but I kind of think of it as one anyway!
And Coconut Curry Quinoa is my all-time favorite dish!!

I'm in love with Lime-Ginger Couscous--found it here on VegWeb, and every time I make it, it disappears very quickly, even my carnivore friends love it. : )

I love fried rice! 

Brown rice, crumbled tofu mixed with tumeric (to simulate egg), flax oil (to make it greasy), tamari (to make it salty), and an assortment of vegetables cut into tiny pieces.  A healthy take on greasy egg-fried rice.

I love making my whole grain bread.

Oatmeal is a grain right?  Well I like to be lazy so I mix about 2tbsp of miso w/some oatmeal and put it in the fridge then I take that w/me to work for lunch.

i love bread! any kind--from an ezekiel 4:9 loaf, to home made pizza dough, to banana bread; yum!

My favorite grain dish is white quinoa cooked with half orange juice and half water,  with some frozen shelled edamame thrown in at the end.  It's the perfect quick and healthy meal!
