Asparagus is one of my new favorite veggies. I have been waiting for spring so I could get some fresh veggies of any kind.

At the moment, I'm totally into CUCUMBERS! I've eaten a cucumber and Tofutti cream cheese pita for lunch every day this week. Try it if you haven't -- it's heavenly. I sprinkle a little sea salt on my cuke slices, build it, and devour it.
