If you look at all the recipes in the newsletter, you'll notice one dessert category that's conspiciously absent: cookies! That's because I'm giving you the chance to win a copy of Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero's ode to cookies, Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar (http://ow.ly/2brXz). This book is filled with so many recipes, you'll be baking the entire summer and into the fall. Seriously, if you don't fall in love with caramel pecan bars, there is no hope for you.

My favorite dessert so far for this summer would have to be a soy chocolate ice cream sunday with blueberries, strawberries, and crushed vegan gram crackers mixed in. :)
Fresh summer fruit salad. Simple, light, heavenly.
A scoop of Purely Decadent Chocolate Zig Zag ice cream and a scoop of Cookie Dough.
warm fudge pudding cake and homemade coconut milk ice cream.
Fresh berries. Followed closely by tofu-lati (vegan gelati).
hmmmm mine might be going to my local icecream shoppe for their vegan icecream!
but i bet it would be cookies if I won this book!
I have a major weakness for cookies, and for Isa's and Terry's recipes!
My favorite summer dessert is really just fresh fruit. Nectarines, berries, watermelon, etc. I am also planning on making some ice cream out of frozen bananas!
For summer? Eh... eh... strawberries and soy vanilla ice cream? :D And one of Isa's cookbooks? *swoon*
