2 cup chickpeas
3/4 cup tahini
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup oil
juice of 1/2 of an orange
1/4 of a red bell pepper (diced)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Put all ingredients except red pepper and parsley in a food processor, blend until smooth. Add the red pepper and parsley on top as a garnish.
Serve with bread or pitas, or use however you want!
