5 to 10 strawberries, quartered
2 tablespoons finely shredded dried or fresh coconut
Agave syrup, to taste
1) Peel and pit the mango and chop it into small cubes. Combine with strawberries in a bowl. Sprinkle on some coconut and agave syrup to taste. Mix together and you have a tasty and elegant raw vegan breakfast/snack/dessert!
